Service Description

In my Spiritual Counselling sessions I use a combination of counselling, psychological knowledge, hypnotherapy, reiki and energy healing to intuitively provide the support you need. My style of support is grounded, nurturing and always places you as the expert in your own life. Change can be difficult without the right support, but by working with your guides and connecting you back to your own inner voice, I ensure that long after we have finished working together, you have the tools you need to keep moving forward.
