I've walked through the end of two major relationships, the unravelling of who I thought I was supposed to be, and the slow work of rebuilding, free of people-pleasing, free of the roles I was handed, on my own terms.

That's the work I now do with other women. Using hypnotherapy, past life regression, energy alchemy, and intuitive reading, whichever combination fits what you're carrying, I help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with who you actually are, underneath the conditioning.
